This notice explains how Eppos handles information submitted through this website. We use personal information only where needed to respond to enquiries, operate the website and protect it from abuse.

Project enquiries

When you submit the project form, the details you provide — such as your name, email, company, selected services and project message — are sent to Eppos so we can review and respond to your enquiry. The form does not add you to a marketing list.

Security and technical data

The form uses a hidden anti-spam field and short-term rate limiting. The hosting environment may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details and requested pages for security, diagnostics and service operation.

Analytics and consent

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the website. The Google tag may be requested in a consent-denied state so the site can use Google Consent Mode. Analytics storage remains denied and Eppos does not send its interaction events until you choose “Accept analytics”. Your choice is stored locally in your browser so we can remember it.

Before consent, Google may receive limited technical consent-state signals associated with the tag request. If you accept analytics, events may include page views, device or browser information, approximate location, clicks on project or insight links, email-link clicks and successful project-form submissions. We do not send your name, email address, company name or project message to Google Analytics. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Third-party resources

This website loads font resources from Google Fonts and may connect to Google tag services in consent-denied mode. If you accept analytics, Google Analytics measurement is enabled. Google may process related technical information under its own privacy terms. We do not use this consent to enable advertising or personalised advertising.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a potential project or meet applicable business and legal requirements. You can ask questions about information you have submitted by contacting us.
